Battleground Help

Search Battleground response in either the Google Play store or the Apple App store and click install

We have a number of modules that can be toggled off and on based on your needs, they are BIA, Plans, Incidents, Simulations, People, Culture Workshops, Single Sign on, Touchbase, Governance and Reporting

All (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari) except for Internet Explorer

BCP Help

Within the menu click refresh data, if this doesn’t work try closing and reopening the app to restart it. If this doesn’t resolve your issue contact your company system administrator

Ensure that you are named as a team member within the plan, firstly contact your company system administrator. If this doesn’t resolve the issue email battleground@businessolympian.com.au

Incident Help

If you have the incident module, Log out and log back in. If this doesn’t resolve your issue contact your company system administrator

Login Issues

Simply click the forgot password link and enter your email address then follow the prompts

Close the application fully, logging out and logging back in, If this does not resolve the issue click the forgot password link.

Contact your company system administrator who will ensure you are set up with an account.
